As the Director of OASIS, Liana creates space for legislators to develop skills and connect with others doing the same critical work in state houses around the country to create the multicultural democracy that we all deserve. Liana served two terms in the Rhode Island House of Representatives and has an extensive background in public health.

Jennifer Morales is Director of Movement Learning & Culture Change for the Family Values @ Work network and lives in rural Wisconsin. In addition to prior roles in education and social justice organizations, Jennifer was the first Latinx and first out-queer person elected to the Milwaukee Public Schools Board of Directors, where they served two terms. Jennifer has also been a candidate for Wisconsin state senate and Milwaukee Common Council.
Equal parts designer and healer, Teena Lewis is recognized for her synthesized approach to helping others integrate holistic care practices into their work lives. She seeks to design care-centered mindfulness practices that are relatable and accessible. With more than 14 years of experience as a multi-modality somatic healer, a BS in Health Science, and a deep curiosity about the power of ancient and indigenous medicine, she blends both the art and science of healing and wellbeing.
Originating in Bogota, Colombia, and nurtured amidst the vibrant energy of New York, Natalia's life experiences have sculpted a profound commitment to inclusivity, while her unwavering perseverance knows no bounds. With a background in human health and behavior, she skillfully builds essential relationships and alliances, no matter where her journey takes her. Her mission is clear yet impactful: to shed light on hidden intersectional issues and offer crucial education on these matters. As a musician, entrepreneur, and organizer, she not only finds harmony in her melodies but also in the rhythm of her communities advocating for justice. Natalia has most recently been running her own event business and has organized campaigns in Florida with Poder Latinx.
