Create an oasis where equity and justice-focused women and non-binary state legislators build transformational relationships, receive support, and develop the individual and collective power needed to effect change.

Purpose

Support equity and justice-focused women, including trans women, and non-binary state legislators so they can effectively lead and co-create a society with our communities that works for all people.

Core Approach

Through leadership development, community engagement, network-building, training, coaching and mentoring, provide values-aligned legislators the tools and resources for transformative change.
